Although we are sure, you would love your Trqois Terra products but if for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchase please get in touch and we will make it right.

Shipping / Delivery Time

We ship orders within 1-2 working days from receipt of order. The order will be delivered within 7-14 days.

Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at Email – hello drpoojaskincare.com or call us at (+91) 81301 27856 with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 – On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 – As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).

Item Damaged

We will not be able to return/replace your products in the following cases
• Opened/ used/ altered products
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc) missing
• The return/ replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery

Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order.

Shipping charges on a purchase?

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
